Order Cancellation
We allow cancellations on orders before they’ve been shipped or manufactured. A complete refund will be provided. Orders that have already shipped are ineligible for cancellation.

Product Returns (if applicable)
You may return items within 14 days of delivery. The items must be in their original condition and packaging, unused, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Returns should not be sent back to the manufacturer.
Shipping charges apply only once per order, including returns, and no restocking fees are assessed.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return arrives and has been reviewed, we’ll inform you via email whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds will be processed promptly to your initial payment method.
